Breast Reconstruction after Mastectomy

Breast reconstruction surgery is the creation of a new breast shape, or mound, using surgery.

Implant-based Reconstruction  

Breast reconstruction using breast implants — silicone devices filled with silicone gel or saltwater (saline) — to reshape your breasts.

DIEP - TRAM Reconstruction

Moving tissue from the lower tummy to the chest, replacing the part of the breast that has been removed. A combination of skin, fat (DIEP), and sometimes a small piece of muscle (TRAM) are used.

Latissimus Dorsi Muscle Reconstruction

A flap of skin, fat, muscle, and blood vessels from your upper back is used to reconstruct the breast.

Nipple Reconstruction

After a breast reconstruction surgery, which rebuilds the breast mound, a nipple reconstruction procedure attempts to recreate the darker-colored areola and the elevated nipple.

Other Breast Reconstruction Techniques

Sometimes the more common approaches to breast reconstruction are not possible therefore we do have other techniques available.

Anti Wrinkle

Botox (Botulinum toxin) injections relax the muscles in your face to smooth out lines and wrinkles, such as crow's feet and frown lines.

Skin Fillers

Temporary or permanent skin fillers can smooth over facial wrinkles and grooves caused by ageing, sun damage, and gravity and give a more youthful appearance. 

Moles and Other Skin Lesions

As a person grows older and is exposed to sunlight, the skin changes in response to this exposure. Most people have some skin marks, such as freckles and moles, which may multiply or darken over time
